It did drizzle rain one day, but it is actually no more likely to rain in winter than other times of the year (8 days on average per month). The State Street Station on the Blue and Orange lines is literally on the Freedom Trail! ![]() The Green or Red Line will take you to Park Street Station ( map) , which is the closest station to the start of the Freedom Trail in Boston Commons.
